In balancing the objectives of commercial prosperity and environmental preservation, the Reinventing Honey Quality project has published the first Modul Asas Penternakan Lebah Kelulut in Malaysia, to describe a set of standardized quality stingless beekeeping practices.

This guideline serves as an excellent resource on how to promote a more hygienic approach to cultivation methods. Starting with a systematic approach to stingless bee characteristics/ biological overview in part one, followed by a development in stingless bee industry in part two and the methods of stingless bee cultivation in part three for rural transformations toward improving environment that can help determine and sustain conservation/biodiversity. The module gives applicable concepts to beekeepers in a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach to alter traditional beekeeping practices and implement changes that promote a better community interaction between human and stingless bees.
